Take notes: Yes, you will forget it even though you swear you won’t.

Keep a pencil and paper by your bed every night. You’ll sleep better knowing your mental “to do list” — and that 3AM genius thought — won’t go by the wayside. During the day keep a notepad handy or jot it down in your PDA.  Plus, writing it down does help you remember.
