Mario Talks: Hair that’s Romantic & Easy

Okay, so our pix above may be a little over-the-top (sigh). But romance is in the air, and you may want to have a “special” look for Valentine’s Day. We know you’re busy and need to be practical, so here are suggestions depending upon the kind of “hair day” your weather allows

If you choose to put your hair up like Gwyneth Paltrow in InStyle magazine, a Chignon is one of the most easy and basic ways to go. (To see a better side view click here).

If you decide to leave your hair down, you can add some soft sexy curls with the use of a curling iron. This is always a perfect choice for long or short hair. Another option to add some movement to your hair is by using hot rollers. Keep this tip in mind: The larger the roller the larger the wave. Whether you are using a curling iron or hot rollers, concentrate on the hair that shows; don’t worry about the hair underneath.

For a more romantic style you may want to add a barrette or simple flowers just to dress your hair up.

Relax and have a wonderful Valentine’s Day with friends, family or whoever holds your heart,

Mario is the best! My haircut can look very sophisticated and business-like or very sexy, even “rock star” like, depending upon whether and how I use rollers or an iron. I have never had more fun with a haircut before. Sometimes I even do the barrette thing and change the look differently depending upon where I put the barrette.
